CNC Vertical Milling Center XH7126 Feature

1. Machine tool foundation is designed with high strength castings and ultra wide machine tool base. The single column structure is equipped with high speed spindle to provide the best structural support and cutting rigidity for the machine tool.
2. Bed, column, slide seat, worktable and spindle box have widening reinforcement and angle support plate, each joint is scraped by hand to ensure the rigidity and precision of the whole structure.
3. X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts linear guide rail pair, which is made by Taiwan, which greatly improves the machining accuracy and working efficiency of machine tools. The three-way feed adopts Taiwan large pitch, high precision ball screw, three-axis servo motor and lead screw adopt direct connection form, adopt imported non-gap elastic coupling, drive without clearance, small moment of inertia, high transmission stiffness, and ensure the positioning accuracy of machine tool.
4. Spindle adopts 8000 rpm high-speed, high-precision spindle unit, equipped with imported Japanese NSK bearings, automatic tool punching device. The spindle adopts the central blowing structure, and the cone hole and the tool handle part of the spindle are cleaned before changing the knife to remove the residue and ensure the high precision and rigidity of the spindle.
5. Machine cooling using flow cooling pump, high-pressure chip and full cooling.
6. Machine lubrication adopts electric pump centralized automatic lubrication device, timing, quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication of lead screw and guide rail surface, stable and reliable.
7. X/Y/Z three-axis guide screw adopts airtight protection, ensures the cleanness of lead screw and guide rail, ensures the transmission and motion precision of machine tool, and the outer defense of machine tool is designed with completely closed structure, which is safe and reliable.
8. CNC system is equipped with Siemens system control system with complete functions and easy operation. Standard RS-232 communication interface and related software have DNC on-line machining function.
9. The tool storehouse adopts the Taiwan famous brand disc type knife storehouse, the tool storehouse capacity is 16 knives, changes the knife accurately, the reliability is high.
